PRIVACY POLICY
What BigBro collects, why, and how long we keep it.
When you create a BigBro account we store your email address and username. If you sign in with Google, we receive your email and basic profile from Google. We never see or store your password in plain text.
Your coaching conversations, team compositions, and in-game state (via Dota 2's official Game State Integration) are processed to generate coaching advice and stored so you can revisit past sessions.
The app records feature-usage events (for example, which tools you open and whether scans succeed) so we can find and fix problems. These events describe app behavior, not your personal files.
Subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and never touch BigBro's servers.
When you submit a bug report you can attach a diagnostic bundle: app logs, screen-calibration data, and system info. Separately, and only if you tick the consent checkbox, the report can include your last few draft-scan captures — images of your Dota 2 hero-pick screen. These captures otherwise live only on your device (you can disable or clear them in the app's Account settings at any time). Uploaded diagnostic bundles are automatically deleted after 90 days and are used solely to investigate your report.
Diagnostic bundles auto-delete after 90 days. Account and coaching data are kept while your account is active. To delete your account and its data, contact us and we'll take care of it.
